  • 4Bell peppers, halved and seeded
  • 1 cupCooked quinoa
  • 1 can (15 oz)Black beans, rinsed
  • 1 cupCorn kernels
  • 1/2 cupSalsa
  • 1/2 cupShredded cheese

Instructions
